FLOUR LESS BREAD – A MUST TRY AND HOW TO PREP IT(RECIPE)

 As we said earlier, all these things don’t mean that you should live without bread. Instead, you can consume bread which is made without the harmful ingredient-flour. Yes, you’ve heard well, we are talking about flourless bread. This bread is made from natural ingredients, such as fresh grains and legumes, which will provide the necessary protein, fiber, and B vitamins. What’s so great about it, it is affordable and you can prepare it at the convenience of your home.

FLOURLESS BREAD RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 90 grams of walnuts
  • 100 ml of water
  • 90 grams of flaxseed
  • 90 grams of sunflower seeds
  • a pinch of salt
  • 90 grams of sesame seeds
  • 90 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda

Instructions:
First, start by whisking the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Then, add the baking soda and the water. Next, ground the seeds into a fine flour and mix them with the other ingredients. You should bake the bread for 50 minutes at 180 C (350 F).
